Valuation of property for the purposes of sale, lease, investment, reimbursement due to compulsory purchase, inheritance issues, financial reporting etc.

We provide valuations for assets of all real estate sectors (offices, shops, houses, vacant land, tourist and other leisure installations, logistics, industrial, telecom installations and other specialised assets and machinery.

We pride ourselves for our strong recognition throughout the years for our valuation abilities: For the quality of our reports  and the accuracy in the assessment of value for individual assets or groups of assets, in any real estate sector and location, even for very specialised assets where the information can be scarse.

Our constant eye on the markets, the persistent collection of data, the focus on the specific characteristics of the property under study and rigorous analysis, coupled with years of experience, assure the credibility of our valuation reports.

The valuations are executed by registered valuers, members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with many years of experience in valuation work. The valuation reports when drafted, undergo subsequent checks for quality and completeness.

The valuation reports are executed according to the general rules and codes of:

• Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), as described and published in the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards manual (the 'Red Book').
• International Valuation Standards of the International Valuation Standards Committee.
• The RICS Global Professional and Ethical Standards
• Code of Conduct of Certified Valuers
